The classic look and best value is an embroidered cap. We utilize our 6 head (meaning we can run 6 at a time) embroidery machines to achieve the finest detail in your design quickly and with precision.

Leather Patch

Leather brings a unique look to any logo. As the sun ages the leather the patina changes with each cap. Burning with the accuracy of light, means a super crisp detail in a bold and clean 1 color art. Generally we apply them via heat, but we have internal sewing too.

Sublimated Patch

Sublimation is a hybrid process of ink exchange onto fabric, then we either embroider a border or just laser cut the patch and sew to the hat. Tiny details and full color art are where this process really stands out.

Woven Patch

We love woven patches. It's kind of like embroidery, but with smaller needles and smaller thread. After the design is made we embroider a border around the perimeter and apply to the hat. Tiny details and up to 8 color art are where this process really stands out.
