Standard Embroidery

The classic choice for custom caps. Our 6-head embroidery machines stitch your logo directly into the fabric with precision and durability that lasts for years. Works great for text, simple graphics, and bold designs up to 10,000 stitches.

DTF Print

Direct-to-film printing delivers photographic quality and unlimited colors directly onto your cap. Perfect for complex artwork, gradients, and designs with fine detail that embroidery can’t capture. Soft hand feel with excellent durability.

Leather Patch

Laser-engraved leather delivers a rugged, premium look that gets better with age. The natural patina develops uniquely on each cap over time. Available heat-pressed for speed or sewn for a handcrafted finish.

Sublimated Patch

Unlimited colors and photographic detail on a fabric patch. We print your design using dye sublimation, then finish with an embroidered border. The result is vibrant, durable, and won’t crack or peel.

Woven Patch

Like embroidery’s refined cousin. Thinner threads and tighter weaves capture tiny details and smooth gradients that standard embroidery can’t achieve. Available with or without an embroidered merrowed border.

No Border (Laser Cut Edge)

DTF Patch

Combines the full-color capability of DTF printing with the dimensional look of a patch. We print your design onto transfer film, apply to patch material, then finish with an embroidered border. Great value for complex, colorful artwork.

PVC Patch — Heat Press
